Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges:

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds:

Once the return is approved and received, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
